The Company's core intellectual property is its software product branded Multefile. Multefile allows any business to devise, implement and manage its own smart card products. Multefile makes the chips in smart cards work together with the software on terminals that the smart cards use. Multefile enables card issuers to design, implement and change one or more application themselves. It allows for cards to be updated and corrected after they have been issued. Multefile enables rapid application development by supporting a range of features and functions required by a variety of applications, from transport to payment, from identification to health, or any combination thereof.
