The Company provides holistic solutions for its clients to enable them to deliver interactive content, information and data seamlessly to most communication devices using short messaging services (SMS), multimedia messaging (MMS), voice and Web. The Platform receives and requests information from a multitude of communication devices, such as a mobile phone or personal digital assistance (PDA), running on a variety of protocols. It identifies, which type of device is requesting the client's information or content and delivers it in a format and protocol appropriate to the device. These are integrated in such a way that they can be used separately or in combination depending on a client's requirements. The Company targets the consumer and enterprise markets and generates revenues from initial set-up fees, monthly service provision fees and transactional fees.
