ASHLEY HOUSE PLC designs and project manages the construction of NHS Primary
Care surgery premises. Projects range from small individual practices to multi
tenanted purpose-built centres of 4000 m2 and upwards, accommodating a wide
range of health and community services.
The Company, operating from four offices in England and Wales, provides a 'one-
stop shop' service for its clients, who are mainly doctors, Primary Care
Trusts, Community and Mental Health Trusts and associated providers such as
dentists and pharmacists. Clients can choose either to rent through Ashley
House Properties Ltd (a company whose shares are stapled to those of Ashley
House plc) or to own the premises themselves.
The Company has also developed directly related business streams in property
management and mobile temporary purpose built accommodation for doctors. |
