Avanti Screenmedia Group Plc supplies satellite media and telecommunications services. Avanti operates two divisions: Media and Networks. In Media, Avanti installs and runs television channels for retailers, pubs and malls at or close to the point of sale. In Networks, Avanti provides a satellite broadband Internet access product. Networks also manages the new satellite operator business. The Company's subsidiaries include Avanti Communications Limited, Avanti Broadband Limited, Fat Cat Kit Limited, Connect Television Limited, Profound Recruitment Limited, Infrastructure Limited and Avanti Communications. In February 2007, the Company acquired Active Media Capital Limited. In April 2007, the Company completed the demerger of its satellite networks business into a new entity, Avanti Communications Group plc.
