Arc Fund Management Holdings Plc is a United Kingdom-based fund management group specializing in funds, which invest in early stage private companies. Arc is the holding company of Arc Fund Management Limited. Arc focuses on the management of tax-efficient funds, including Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) funds, a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) and the Arc European Property Fund, an open-ended investment company (OEIC), which it markets to independent financial advisors (IFAs). Arc earns an initial fee from the funds raised, an ongoing management fee and a fee based on the funds' performance.
