Mission Statement

African Eagle Resources plc is a mineral resources company exploring for, and developing copper and gold deposits in east and central Africa. During the year ended December 31, 2005, the Company focused its effort on its two projects: Mkushi Copper and Miyabi Gold. The Mkushi Copper Mines project in Zambia contains a reported 370,000 tones of copper. At Miyabi Gold project in Tanzania, African Eagle Resources plc has reported an increase in the resource to 520,000 ounces of gold. Its subsidiaries include Twigg Resources Limited, Katanga Resources Limited, Kujima Exploration & Mining Limited and Twigg Gold Limited.
