Addworth has a 3.06% equity interest in Cheerful Scout Plc, which is a video, events and digital versatile disc (DVD) production company. On December 23, 2006, the Company acquired Partner Bryant Limited, a company involved in the development of specific insurance products. In April 2007, the Company held a 29.99% stake in Yellowcake Plc.
