The Company's platform, Adamind Spire provides automated solutions for peer-to-peer messaging and content transcoding. On February 8, 2006, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire SenseStream Ltd. (SenseStream). SenseStream is a 2.5 generation/third generation multimedia messaging services content adaptation and media technology solution product vendor in Asia Pacific.
